The impact of moving our body on our mental health is undeniable, but the hardest part of struggling is getting out of bed and doing the thing. Hi, I’m Christine Coen and I know, I’ve been there. Every week I will share conversations with humans who’s lives have been transformed by the power of movement on their own mental health, breakdown the latest neuroscience with leading experts, and hopefully inspire you to wake up your inner warrior to fight for the best versions of you every day.

Fast forward a few years later, and Liz steps out onto the floor of competitive ballroom dancing for the first time. The rest is history! Since then, she has won two major world titles as an amateur in American Smooth and currently trains with some of the best coaches in the industry.
