Today we’re talking about mental health morning routines and how use rituals in the morning to align your energy for the day. If you have been wanting to change your morning routine, learn how to get more out of your mornings, look forward to starting your day, or create a few routines that gets your mind & energy in the best place to take on your day, then you’ll want to listen to this episode!
Here are a few take aways from today’s episode:
- On our good days morning routines can help us align us to intentional energies & ways of being that we want to show up as in our day. On our hard days our morning routines can be there as a grounding action to remind us who we are and wake us up to our inner warrior when we forget.
- Stay committed to your goal but be flexible in the process.
- Ask yourself why you want to align your morning routine and keep going deeper with it
- Make a list of what you’re currently doing in the morning that is filling your energy and what is draining your energy
- Make a list of all the ways you want your morning routine to FEEL instead of look and let those ways of feeling be your guide towards your actions
- Pick 1 new morning ritual you want to begin. Start with a bite size version of your ideal and work your way up to the ideal in an organic way.
